We know our decisions play a part in stopping the food waste problem. This Friday we will celebrate the inaugural, “Stop Food Waste Day.” Stop Food Waste Day only comes around once a year, but as one of the nation’s largest food service providers, we are committed to serving our communities with a continued mindset to stop food waste every day. As a company, Morrison Healthcare has pledged to reduce food waste by 25 percent by 2020.
