Tim Pierce, the chief executive officer of Morrison Healthcare, is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the company, which provides Food and Nutrition services to more than 975 hospitals across the U.S. Since assuming his role as CEO in 2013, Tim has focused the direction of Morrison Healthcare to create a market-leading position within healthcare.

Tim has been with Morrison for over 30 years. Prior to his current position he served as president of Morrison Healthcare from February 2011 to October 2012. He has also held the positions of division vice president and regional vice president. Tim is part of the Compass One Healthcare management team, which guides the strategic direction of Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare. Together, Compass One provides specialized patient experience in food, nutrition, and support services in more than 2,200 locations and over 90 years of healthcare experience. Additionally, Tim is a member of Compass Group North America’s Strategic Leadership Institute, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership.
