Chief Financial Officer
Tracy Rogge is the Chief Financial Officer for Morrison Healthcare, which is a Compass One Healthcare company. In her role, Tracy is responsible for the financial leadership of the company, which includes financial planning and operational analysis and support. Tracy and her team also budget, forecast, and develop client retention strategies for Morrison.
Before joining Morrison in 2015, Tracy was the vice president of finance operations for Extended Stay Hotels, where she was responsible for the operational accounting functions for the organization. Additionally, Tracy spent 14 years with Delaware North Companies, Inc. serving at multiple locations in finance and operational roles. Before working for Delaware North, Tracy spent six years in accounting management with a hospital and health services organization in East Central Florida.
Tracy is a member of the Women’s Food Service Forum and sits on the Board of the Hospitality Education Foundation of Georgia, which provides students with an interactive view of careers in culinary and hospitality.
Tracy received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and is also a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
