Chief Financial Officer
Tracy Rogge is the chief financial officer for Morrison Healthcare. She is responsible for the financial planning, operational analysis and support of the organization, including budgeting, developing and evaluating new business opportunities, contract negotiations, retention strategy and financial leadership of acquisition activities. She has held this position since 2015.
Prior to joining Morrison, Tracy was vice president of finance operations for Extended Stay Hotels, where she was responsible for the operational accounting functions for the organization. She also worked for 14 years with Delaware North Companies Inc., working in both finance and operational roles. Prior to working for Delaware North Companies, Tracy worked for six years in accounting management for a hospital and health services organization in East Central Florida.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Florida. She is also a board member and the treasurer for The Hospitality Education Foundation of Georgia.
