Dusty Deringer has served as Vice President of Patient Experience for Compass One Healthcare since November 2010. He is responsible for patient experience strategy, operations and outcomes nationwide for Compass One Healthcare companies Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare. Dusty has served as Director of Service Excellence for Sisters of Charity-Providence Hospitals, Director of Customer Service for Luther Middelfort – Mayo Health System and Director of Patient Access/Customer Service Coordinator for St. John’s Regional Medical Center. Dusty has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree from Missouri State University. He is in the process of completing his PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School.
