    Virtua Hospital is transforming the retail experience with elevated hospital cafeteria food, for patients, staff, guests, and the public, alike. Philadelphia Inquirer was on a quest to see if Virtua Hospital’s food was truly to rave about, and if they really have the best sushi around. During three visits, they managed to try all of the highlights. Most of the food was far better than  expected from a cafeteria, especially one in a hospital. And most of it was a great bargain. Greg Dreibelbis, Morrison Healthcare director of dietary services, accepted the award. During the presentation, the team was noted as having the best patient satisfaction scores throughout the UNC Health system, having no safety claims last year, and significant increases in sales.
