Joe O’Brien is the systems division president for Morrison Healthcare, overseeing national system affiliations as well as regions in the South/Central region, providing food and nutrition services to hospitals in eastern Tennessee, North Carolina, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania. His clients include some of the nation’s largest hospitals, including Community Health Systems, Hospital Corporation of America and Tenet Healthcare. He has held this position since 2013.

Joe joined Morrison Healthcare in 1981 and has worked as a regional vice president, regional director of operations and system director. He has also worked as a division vice president of food and nutrition services for TouchPoint Support Services, another Compass Group company that combines acute care foodservice and support services.

Joe holds a criminal justice and political science bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
