Dudley Poppens is the senior vice president of sales for Compass One Healthcare. He is responsible for the company’s sales strategy and goals, organization design and people development. He is also a member of the Compass One executive committee.

Dudley joined Compass One in 2007 and reports to Chris Kowalewski, chief growth officer for Compass North America, and Bobby Kutteh, Compass One Healthcare’s chief executive officer.

Since 1981, Dudley has worked in healthcare with an emphasis on sales management and operations, brand development and strategic planning. Prior to joining Compass Group, he worked as the senior vice president, sales and marketing for professional services and has held both sales and operating roles in other companies.

Dudley has a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Northern Iowa.
