Dusty Deringer Senior Vice President of Experience, Compass Healthcare
Dusty Deringer is senior vice president of patient experience for Compass Healthcare, including Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare, Intelas, and TouchPoint Support Services. He is responsible for the patient experience strategy, operations and outcomes.
Dusty began work in his current position in 2010. Before joining Compass Group, he worked as director of service excellence for Sisters of Charity-Providence Hospitals, director of customer service for Luther Midelfort Mayo Health System and director of patient access/customer service coordinator for St. John’s Regional Medical Center.
Dusty earned his doctoral degree from The Chicago School and his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Missouri State University.
