Vice President of Nutrition and Wellness
Peggy O’Neill is the vice president of nutrition and wellness at Morrison Healthcare. She oversees the training and performance of the company’s clinical nutrition and foodservice professionals. Peggy also leads the company’s wellness and sustainability platform development, as well as Morrison’s internship program that places interns across the country to gain work experience. She has held this position since 2012.
Peggy is a registered dietitian. Prior to joining Morrison Healthcare, she was vice president of nutrition for Independent Living Systems in Miami, FL.
Peggy holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nutrition from Florida International University and a master’s degree in business administration from Johnson & Wales University. Peggy is a longtime supporter of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (FAND) and has held numerous board and administrative council positions with FAND. Most recently, she served two two-year terms as treasurer.
