As the parent of several kids, including one with special needs, Chef Brigham Cook, is interested in making a difference for kids everywhere. When he started at Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital a few months ago, he introduced himself to the hospital community through a series of specials. Chef Cook’s ultimate goal is to create a garden and a program for high school-age kids with disabilities, teaching them to work in a café and earn food safety licenses. [more]
