Kicking Fear out of the Kitchen
Even though our company is fortunate to be full of world-class culinarians, dietitians and foodservice workers, we get it: the kitchen can feel intimidating. This creates a problem for people in all stages and seasons of life who are trying to be healthy.
Teaching Kitchen is a platform to explore food in an engaging and collaborative environment where participants can develop their culinary and nutrition education through hands-on coaching. In the hospitals we serve, we have the opportunity to host Teaching Kitchens to various groups of people. It’s exciting work that we believe puts more confidence in home cooks and ultimately empowers them to live healthier lives.
