Vice President of Patient Services
Laura Knight is the vice president of patient solutions for Morrison Healthcare. Her responsibilities include creating and implementing programs and technology solutions that drive patient satisfaction and favorably impact the timeliness, temperature and accuracy of each meal delivered to our patients. Laura oversees a dynamic team of patient service experts that troubleshoot operational efficiencies, provide training opportunities, create staffing models, recommend and implement service style methods and open new business across divisions. Laura also leads the MyDining team, which consists of a team of menu database informatics analysts and technical project managers that maintain and enhance our proprietary patient dining software for our clients.
Laura has 20 years of experience with Compass Group and has been instrumental in creating and implementing culinary and resident engagement programs, software adoptions, and award-winning, national marketing campaigns. No stranger to the healthcare arena, her last role was the vice president of marketing for Morrison Living. During that time, she created data-driven programs that drove occupancy, client retention and created a higher standard of care for seniors.
