Morrison Healthcare has big plans to help patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, congestive heart failure and cardiovascular diseases. By incorporating culinary classrooms into its hospitals’ foodservice operations, the contract company hopes to be an active part of the wellness process. Before Morrison goes global with crEATe, it started local—at Truman Medical Center (TMC) in Kansas City, Mo., to be exact.
